Minister: Gboyega Oyetola
The Federal Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy, created in August 2023, develops policy for Nigeria's seaports, shipping, fisheries, marine resources, and the sustainable use of the country's coastal and offshore domain.
It supervises the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), the Nigerian Shippers' Council, the Maritime Academy of Nigeria in Oron, the Nigerian Institute for Oceanography and Marine Research, and the National Inland Waterways Authority interface for coastal navigation.
Current priorities include the National Policy on Marine and Blue Economy, modernisation and concession of Apapa, Tin Can, Onne, Calabar and Lekki ports, deployment of the Deep Blue maritime security project against piracy in the Gulf of Guinea, expansion of the Cabotage regime, and growth of fisheries and aquaculture for food security.

Coordinates road, rail and inland waterways policy through the Nigerian Railway Corporation, the National Inland Waterways Authority, the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology and CRFFN.
Minister: Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi (Minister of State: Nkiruka Onyejeocha)
Regulates the workplace and industrial relations and promotes employment through the National Directorate of Employment, the National Productivity Centre, the Industrial Arbitration Panel and NSITF.
Minister: Dave Umahi
Plans and maintains federal highways and bridges through FERMA and the federal highway zones, with major projects including the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway and the Sokoto-Badagry Super Highway.
Minister: Mohammed Badaru Abubakar (Minister of State: Bello Matawalle)
Directs national defence policy and oversees the Nigerian Army, Navy and Air Force, working with the service chiefs, DICON and the Defence Intelligence Agency on national security.
