Oyigbo Local Government Area is situated in the southeastern part of Rivers State, sharing a crucial northern boundary with Abia State. Culturally, the area maintains rich traditional practices, prominently featuring annual harvest festivals, intricate masquerade displays, and customary dances that honour their ancestral heritage.
