Odukpani is situated in the southern senatorial district of Cross River State, sharing significant boundaries with the Akamkpa and Biase LGAs to the north and the Calabar Municipality to the south. It is bordered to the west by the Itu Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, with the Cross River serving as a natural boundary.
