Minister: Lola Ade-John
Promotes Nigeria as a destination, supports the hospitality sector and sets standards through the Nigerian Tourism Development Authority and the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism.
Minister: Festus Keyamo
The Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development regulates Nigerian civil aviation, supervises airport infrastructure, sets air-safety standards, and shapes policy for airlines and aerospace manufacturing.
It directs the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology in Zaria, and the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet). It also represents Nigeria at the International Civil Aviation Organization.
Current priorities include concession of major airports under public-private partnerships, the rollout of a national carrier framework, full Cape Town Convention compliance to lower aircraft leasing costs, modernisation of air-traffic infrastructure, and expansion of cargo and aerospace manufacturing capacity.

Plans and maintains federal highways and bridges through FERMA and the federal highway zones, with major projects including the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway and the Sokoto-Badagry Super Highway.

Administers Abuja and the FCT under section 299 of the Constitution, exercising state-level powers over land, planning and municipal services through the FCTA, FCDA and AGIS.
