Xenophobic attacks: 1,516 Nigerians flee from South Africa

A total of 1,516 Nigerians have fled South Africa following a series of xenophobic attacks targeting foreign nationals in the country. These citizens are returning to Nigeria to escape the violence and insecurity resulting from the unrest, which has prompted a significant number of people to seek safety back home.
