Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani says he is rebuilding Ahmadu Bello Stadium and upgrading its playing surface to a FIFA-standard hybrid pitch. The project is presented as an effort to improve the stadium’s facilities and bring them in line with recognised international football standards.
