Telcos urge states to cut fibre deployment costs

Telecommunications companies in Nigeria are calling on state governments to reduce the high costs associated with laying fiber optic cables. These operators argue that lowering Right of Way fees and other levies will accelerate the expansion of broadband infrastructure and improve internet connectivity across the country.
