Shareholders endorse NGX Group’s bonus shares, dividend payout, others

Shareholders of the Nigerian Exchange Group have officially approved the company's proposals for bonus share issuance and dividend payouts. The endorsements were made during a recent meeting where stakeholders also ratified several other resolutions aimed at strengthening the financial position and rewarding investors of the exchange group.
