SERAP, Editors Sue NBC Over Threat To Sanction Broadcasters

The organisation SERAP and a group of media editors have initiated legal action against the National Broadcasting Commission. The lawsuit was filed in direct response to threats made by the regulatory commission to impose sanctions on various broadcasters.
