Ohanaeze bans use of unauthorised traditional titles outside Igboland

The apex Igbo socio-cultural organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, has prohibited the use of unauthorized traditional titles by its members living outside the southeastern region. This decision aims to preserve the sanctity of Igbo culture and ensure that chieftaincy titles are only conferred by recognized traditional rulers in accordance with established customs.
