No delineation, no 2027 election in Warri—Ijaw, Urhobo warn INEC

Leaders from the Ijaw and Urhobo ethnic groups in Warri have cautioned the Independent National Electoral Commission against conducting the 2027 general elections without first performing a constituency delineation.
