NNPC Signs MoU For ‘Completion,’ ‘Operation’ Of Warri, Port Harcourt Refineries

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding focused on the completion and operation of the Warri and Port Harcourt refineries.
