NACA, WHO intensify PrEP awareness, seek action against HIV misinformation

Nigeria’s National Agency for the Control of AIDS and the World Health Organization are stepping up public awareness of pre-exposure prophylaxis, or PrEP, as an HIV prevention measure. The organisations are also calling for stronger action to address misinformation that could undermine understanding and uptake of HIV prevention services.
