Local refiners get 46% of promised crude oil in Q1

Nigerian local refineries received only forty-six percent of the crude oil volumes allocated to them during the first quarter of the year. This shortfall in supply highlights challenges in meeting domestic refining requirements despite previous commitments made by authorities to prioritize local processing plants for national fuel security.
