INEC absent as court adjourns Emeka Ike’s N10bn privacy suit

A court has adjourned the ten billion naira privacy lawsuit filed by actor Emeka Ike because the Independent National Electoral Commission was absent during the proceedings. The legal matter was postponed to a later date to allow for the representation of the electoral body in the high-stakes case.
