FG halts proposed WAEC, NECO examination fee increase pending stakeholder consultations

The Federal Government has suspended the planned increase in examination fees for the West African Examinations Council and the National Examinations Council. This suspension remains in place until comprehensive consultations with relevant stakeholders are completed to evaluate the implications of the proposed fee adjustments on students and parents.
