Federal Govt, ILO Launch Nigeria’s First Industrial Relations Policy

The Nigerian Federal Government, in collaboration with the International Labour Organization, has introduced the country's inaugural National Industrial Relations Policy. This framework aims to regulate labor relations, enhance workplace productivity, and provide a structured approach to conflict resolution between employers and employees across various sectors of the national economy.
