FEC: UNILAG Don Advocates In-Situ Upgrading, Sustainable Communities to Tackle Nigeria’s Housing Crisis

A University of Lagos academic has urged the Federal Executive Council to address Nigeria’s housing crisis through in-situ upgrading and the development of sustainable communities. The proposal focuses on improving existing settlements and promoting environmentally and socially sustainable housing solutions as part of broader efforts to tackle the national shortage.
