FCT Police Rescue Woman Chained By Brother For 1 Year, Search For Missing Child

The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has rescued a woman reportedly kept in chains by her brother for one year. While the victim is receiving attention, security officials have also launched a search operation to locate a missing child connected to the case.
