FCCPC, NAFDAC sign MoU to tackle fake, unsafe products

The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to combat the circulation of counterfeit and hazardous products. This partnership aims to enhance regulatory oversight and improve consumer safety across the Nigerian marketplace through joint enforcement actions.
