Egungun Festival not licence for violence, Olubadan warns

The Olubadan of Ibadan has cautioned participants of the Egungun Festival against engaging in any form of violence during the annual celebrations. The monarch stated that the cultural event must be observed peacefully and should not serve as a justification for criminal activities or public disorder within the state.
