Court bars INEC from recognising ADC caretaker congresses, restrains David Mark, others

A court has restrained the Independent National Electoral Commission from recognizing congresses organized by the caretaker committee of the African Democratic Congress. The judicial order also extends to David Mark and other individuals, preventing them from taking actions related to the party's leadership structure and internal electoral processes.
