BREAKING: Court finds SERAP liable for defaming SSS operatives, awards N100m damages

A Nigerian court has ruled that the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project is liable for defaming operatives of the State Security Service. Consequently, the court ordered the non-governmental organization to pay 100 million Naira in damages to the affected officials following the legal proceedings initiated against the group.
