AFAN to FG: Create National Committee to curb farmer–herder clashes

The All Farmers Association of Nigeria has urged the Federal Government to establish a national committee aimed at addressing persistent clashes between farmers and herders. This proposed body would focus on finding sustainable solutions to mitigate violence and enhance security within the agricultural sector to ensure national stability and food security.
