39th Anniversary: Govt alone cannot build Akwa Ibom – Eno begs residents for collaboration

Akwa Ibom Governor Umo Eno has called on residents to work with the government to develop the state, saying government action alone cannot achieve that goal. He made the appeal as the state marked its 39th anniversary.
